Nurtalo is sold per setting, scoped to the size of your provision and the modules you need. We publish how pricing works rather than a headline figure that would not survive contact with your actual setup.
How it works
What a Nurtalo quote is based on
Size of the provision
Registered places and typical occupancy, so a small setting is not priced as though it were a large one.
Modules you use
Everything safety-related is included. Optional operational areas such as finance and billing are agreed as part of the quote.
Never charged for
Safety and compliance capabilities are always included
These are base entitlements in every Nurtalo agreement. They are never placed behind a higher tier, and never removed if you downgrade.

Common pricing questions
Why is there no price on this page?
Nurtalo is pre-launch and pricing is agreed per provision. Publishing a figure we would then qualify away in every conversation would not be honest, so we quote in writing instead.
Is our data locked in?
No. Full data export is a base capability, available for as long as you have an account, and it is not conditional on your tier or your payment status.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Family access is part of the setting's agreement. Families are never charged for access to their own child's records.
What if we are still deciding?
Ask for the walkthrough anyway. We will tell you plainly which parts of Nurtalo are ready today and which are still being built, so you can judge the timing yourself.
