Parents and families
If your nursery uses Nurtalo, you get a family portal for daily care, learning moments, menus, absence, bookings, permissions, documents, invoices and messages — sign in with the account your nursery sets up for you.
What families see
What appears in your portal is decided by the nursery. Nurtalo never shares a record with a family unless the setting has chosen to share it.
Getting access
Family access is created deliberately by the setting and linked to your child's record. Nurtalo does not sign families up directly.
Sign in with the email address your nursery holds for you. If you cannot get in, your nursery can check and reissue your access.
There is nothing for you to sign up for. You are welcome to mention Nurtalo to your setting, and they can talk to us directly.
Respect
A nursery record is not a social feed and a child is not a metric.
No streaks, badges, leaderboards or comparisons between children. Learning records describe a child, they do not rate one.
Photos with several children respect every family's permissions, and files are only ever served through private, short-lived links.
